Route is thrilled to announce that it has successfully completed its first SOC 2 Type 1 audit of the Route platform. By accomplishing this milestone, Route reinforces its commitment to our customers that securing and protecting all customer data is critical.
Route engaged with an independent third-party audit firm, Moss Adams LLP, to perform the assessment using the SSAE 18 auditing standards developed by the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA).

This SOC 2 Type 1 audit report assures Route’s clients and other interested parties that Route has implemented appropriate controls to meet its commitments to Security, Availability, and Confidentiality. Included control categories are:
